What CapperLab is
CapperLab is a sports-information and research platform. It may present matchup research, statistical summaries, projections, model-generated conclusions, market context, weather, injuries, expected lineups, odds, trends, and other information intended to help users better understand a sporting event.
CapperLab is not a bookmaker, casino, wagering exchange, broker, financial adviser, investment adviser, attorney, or fiduciary. The service is informational and analytical only.

Analysis is not a guarantee
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Picks, confidence levels, projected scores, player projections, totals, sides, trends, simulations, and similar outputs can be wrong. Past results, historical hit rates, model performance, or prior winning selections do not guarantee future results.
A PLAY, pick, lean, projection, or other directional conclusion is not a promise that an event will occur. Users should independently review the available information before acting on any analysis.

AI & automated analysis
CapperLab uses automated systems and model-assisted workflows to organize information and generate analysis. Automated systems can misunderstand a request, rely on incomplete inputs, miss a late update, misclassify information, or produce inaccurate or incomplete conclusions.
Time-sensitive facts such as starting lineups, injuries, scratches, starting pitchers, quarterbacks, weather, venue conditions, travel, suspensions, and market prices can change after an analysis is produced. Re-check important facts close to the event.

Odds, data & third parties
CapperLab may use or display information from third-party sources. That can include schedules, statistics, injuries, weather, rankings, odds, market prices, team or player information, and other event data. Third-party information can be delayed, incomplete, corrected later, or unavailable.
Odds and lines can move at any time and can differ by sportsbook or location. A price shown in an analysis may no longer be available when you view it.
Links to external websites or sportsbooks, if provided, are for convenience only. When you leave CapperLab, the third party's own terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules, and legal restrictions apply. CapperLab does not control third-party services.
Advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate relationships may be added to the service. When compensation or a commercial relationship requires disclosure, CapperLab will identify it as applicable. Commercial relationships do not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any analysis.

Age, legality & jurisdiction
CapperLab's betting-related content is intended for adults. If you use information from CapperLab in connection with gambling, you must meet the legal gambling age in your location, which may be 21 or older depending on the jurisdiction.
Gambling laws vary by country, state, province, territory, and tribal jurisdiction. CapperLab does not determine whether a particular wager, sportsbook, contest, or gambling activity is legal for you. Do not use betting-related information for unlawful gambling or where prohibited.

Responsible play

Uploaded screenshots & content
CapperLab can process screenshots, bet slips, odds boards, text requests, and other material you submit for analysis. Only upload content you are authorized to use and share.
Do not upload passwords, authentication codes, government identification numbers, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for sports analysis. CapperLab does not need your sportsbook password to analyze a slip or matchup.
Submitted content may be processed by CapperLab and service providers used to operate, secure, or generate the requested analysis.

Privacy & account data
To operate the service, CapperLab may process information such as account identifiers, email addresses, authentication/session information, request text, uploaded images, technical logs, usage information, and generated analysis. Data is used to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and to investigate errors or abuse.
Do not submit personal information that is unnecessary for your request. Additional privacy notices may be published as subscriptions, payments, advertising, analytics, or other product features are introduced.

Acceptable use & intellectual property
You may use CapperLab for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. Do not attempt to break authentication, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, extract private system instructions, abuse automated endpoints, introduce malicious code, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.
CapperLab branding, site design, software, original written material, databases, compilations, proprietary workflows, and internal research methods are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, statistics, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CapperLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CapperLab and its operators are not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, third-party actions, line movement, unavailable markets, data errors, service interruptions, or decisions made in reliance on site content.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
